How to Create a Professional Invoice

1. Enter your business name and address in the top-left area of the invoice editor.
2. Fill in the client name and billing address in the Bill To section.
3. Set the invoice number, invoice date, and due date using the fields on the top right.
4. Choose your payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, Net 60, Due on Receipt, or Custom) from the Invoice Settings panel.
5. Add line items — enter a description, quantity, and unit price for each service or product. Click "+ Add Item" for more rows.
6. Configure currency, tax rate, and discount in the Invoice Settings panel — totals update automatically.
7. Add any notes or payment instructions in the Notes field at the bottom of the invoice.
8. Click Print / Save as PDF to open the browser print dialog and save a clean PDF, or print a paper copy.
